I'm so excited that it's my turn to host a challenge for the Ribbon Carousel Challenge Blog!! I have finally had the chance to use this beautiful digital image from Mo Manning called called Pammy's Stocking. I wish so badly that I had printed the image out on Vintage Cream cardstock (PTI) rather than in white, it would have looked SO much better that way. The papers are once again from My Mind's Eye (Lost & Found Christmas)...I love it so much that I've almost used the entire paper pad!! :)
The ribbon treatment was created by weaving Red Rancho Vintage Seam Binding through some gorgeous Ivory Crocheted Lace Ribbon. I've even created a really quick video tutorial showing you how I did it.
See if you can hear Brooke say to me during the video,
"I know what you do, you don't have to tell ME!!
LOL That girl is SO SASSY!!!
This week’s challenge is being sponsored by our favorite ribbon company in the whole world,
MAY ARTS!!
And one lucky random entrant will win their choice of 2 rolls of May Arts ribbon!!
We are also teaming up with our sponsor, May Arts ALL WEEK with giveaways on Facebook, so become a FAN of May Arts and Ribbon Carousel for your chance to win!!
We'd love for you to join us for this weeks challenge and you can click HERE for all the details. But basically your creation can be anything you'd like, just be sure you use ribbon, bakers twine, lace, thread...(anything that comes on a spool) and follow this weeks theme.
I hope you will stop by to see all the inspiration Carousel Crew B has for you and leave them some love!!
Wendy Ramlakhan (That's Me!)

Anyhow, love this image and your colouring, wow look at that hair!! This card is a total stunner, great idea weving that ribbon through the lace. Hugs, Frea

I can not thank you adequately for the posts on your web site. I know you'd put a lot of time and effort into them and hope you know how much I appreciate it. I hope I'll do exactly the same for someone else at some point.
This is stunning, Wendy! The deep, rich colours are gorgeous - and I love your ribbon technique. (Plus, it was such a delight to hear your voice - and Brooke's!!)
