Stitched With Love

Thanks for all of your WONDERFUL comments on our first set of this month's release!! We are POSITIVE you are going to love the rest of them, so let's GO!!!

Last month, we released the CUTEST set by Torico, Cute as a Button. This month, we have it’s PERFECT companion-Stitched With Love! Full of additional images and sentiments, whether used separately, or together, no matter what you create, Stitched With Love will be PERFECT for the crafter in your life (or you!!)!!

I'm loving this new companion stamp set to last months, Cute As A Button.  Cross stitching was my very first crafty hobby.  I remember as a little girl, my Grandma showing me the stitches and teaching me how to "read" the counted patterns.  I would spend countless hours stitching away on projects.  Even now, I will sometimes pick up an unfinished cross-stitched project and do a little work on it.  :)

For my card, I put away the designer papers and opted to only used some Bazzill cardstock -  Candy Bar, Peanut Cluster and Peppermint.  The wooden frame image was stamped onto kraft cardstock, cutting the center out.  Then using red floss, I stitched a little heart onto a scrap piece of Aida 9 count cross stitch fabric that was glued behind the wooden frame image.  I left the needle and floss tucked into the fabric and popped the frame and fabric up with foam tape for dimension.

Stitched With Love is a 4x6 set that includes a total of 24 stamps and will sell for $15.00.

Would you like to win the new Stitched With Love stamp set? Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go. One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post.

You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps! The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Eastern Time Saturday, June 30th with the winner being announced during the release party chat

Hi Wendy, we were on the same length. Only when I pulled out all my cross stitch patterns I couldn't bear to part with my fabric. My grandma taught me too when I was little. If the back didn't look as good as the front she'd rip it out!!

Great card!

Reminds me of a vintage piece of stitchery - beautiful, older, back in the good old days. Such a pretty red heart and the edging looks like it was all crocheted! Delightful!!

I really like the way you've incorporated real cross-stitching (complete with needle and floss) into your card. The heart border with the accompanying dots works so well with the cross-stitch fabric. Well done!
