I hadn't intended for this card to be for anyone, but once it was finished I thought it would be the perfect birthday card to give my little sister in a few weeks...it's so HER!! LOL The sweet pouty little girl throwing a fit is from Lilli of the Valley - It's my Party. Using DP from My Mind's Eye (Gertie), I machine stitched along the background paper panel with chocolate brown thread. The numbers are also a chocolate brown cardstock which were cut using my Cricut (Plantin Schoolbook) and then popped up with foam tape. The "again" sentiment was computer generated with Architect font and printed on the paper after I stamped the image. (Looking at it now, I wish I had increased the font size just a little bit - oh well). To give sparkle to her crown I used Silver Stickles and Star Dust Stickles for her tutu.
I will definitely be using this Sweet Stop sketch again, I just love the perfect balance to the layout. And by the way, the buttons were suppose to have twine tied through the holes (so use your imagination, okay. LOL) because this week it's a sketch with a twist...use fiber's in your creation.
And as always the other Sugar Babies have created beautiful sketch
samples to inspire you with today. I hope you will stop by and check them out.

HI Wendy, I just love this stamp! I bought her myself but haven't had time to ink her up yet. Seeing your card makes me want to take her out and use her, it's such a gorgeous card. Hugs, Frea
Delightful shading of the parcel & her boots & as for that skirt & tiara - just stunningly effective. I like the way your shiny ribbon picks up on the shine you coloured into the tribbon she is stamping on - lovely bit of illusion that. The little aqua ribbon tyint her pony tail is lovely in the whole colour scheme of brown & aqua with balck & white accents.
