Hi Everyone, and welcome to the Your Next Stamp September Release Blog Hop!!
You are going to LOVE all of the new stamps and DIES that are all available NOW in the YNS Store!

Would you like to win one of THREE New Release Prize Packages hidden within the hop?  Here is what you need to do - visit all of the YNS Designer's blogs that are participating in today's hop and comment on their creations as you go for your chance to win!

The Blog Hop starts today and runs though midnight, September 10th.  Prize Package winners will be announced on the YNS Blog on Tuesday, September 11th.

I am about to BURST with excitement and pride as I get to introduce to you the newest additions to the YNS World Kid Collection...Brooke and Nathan!!  Yes, you read that right...Brooke and Nathan.
My babies each came up with the idea for the USA World Kids and what they should look like.

I hope you love each image as much as I do....they are of course my favorite YNS stamps now!!  I must mention that Brooke (4 years old) became a bit of a Diva and asked for 2 re-draws before she was satisfied with her image!!  ROTFL.

For my card featuring Brooke from the USA, I used designer papers from My Mind's Eye (Bluebell) collection.  The sentiment was computer generated using the Noteworthy font.  A bit of Ivory Cotton Twill from the Ribbon Carousel cut into fishtails and a button tied with twine finish it off.  The card layers were created using the Perfect Layers tool.

Nathan (5 years old) was less fussy than is sister when it came to designing his cowboy image...he wanted a cowboy with a hat and boots!  :)

For my card featuring Nathan from the USA (can you tell that I'm getting a huge kick out of this?!?) I used Cosmo Crickets (Wanted) paper pad.  I started with a base of Bazzill's Peanut Cluster cardstock and accented with a layer of Candy Bar cardstock.  I cut a star shape with corrugated cardstock and then inked it up with Walnut Stain distressing ink.   I cut away the wired trimmed edge on some Burlap ribbon and added a punch of color with Teal Cotton Twill, both from the Ribbon Carousel.  Once again the cards layers were created using the Perfect Layers tool.  Last but not least, I added a bit of twine for his rope.  I love doing masculine cards because it's always fun to add lots of textures.
