What a Hottie!

It's challenge day at 7 Kids College Fund and it's
 ~ HOT~
We want to see all of your Hot, Summery cards but this challenge has a twist...
NO Magnolia images...we want you to share the love!!  7 Kids College Fund offers a huge selection of stamp from lots of companies and we'd like to see entries using some of those different lines.

I have a girl crush on all of the stamps in the Cheeky Cherry Collection from The Greeting Farm.  They are all such sexy little things!!  LOL  And coloring them is so much fun...especially their make-up.  I wasn't too sure about doing a blonde after I had already colored her suit a yellow but she just HAD to be blonde.  (Do your images ever "speak" to you like that?!?!)  I've used my favorite beach papers from October Afternoon - Seaside.  I fell in love with the vintage advertisement paper in the pad and promised myself to find a way to use it.   I think Cheeky Beach was MADE to be used with that paper don't you?

Challenges:
A Spoonfull of Sugar = #155 Here comes Summer!
Paper Take Weekly = Anything Goes
The Outlawz = Summer Party
Sweet Stampin = Playing in the Summer Sun

I hope you will pop over to the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog and check out what my DT sisters have created for you today!

Thanks SO much for stopping by!!

So sweet Wendy and you crack me up "girl crush".. lol!! And yes, my stamps speak to me, not literally, but I do know what you mean!! Sometimes I just know it's calling to be a red head, etc. Your papers are perfect and I adore the papers behind her. As always, colored to perfection!

Quite stunning & I love the flower in her hair matching the shape of the flowers in the yellow patterned paper & they have the same number of petals. the way her swimsuit top looks like a pari of leaves turned upside down echoing the leaves by her hand is brilliant. I have to agree that the monochrome vintage paper is ideal for the image & I love the contrast of the blue in the ball & the way that picks up her eyes. Her hair is something else & having spent a whole afternoon working on Copics blendingto get a smooth gradient I'm even more in awe of your colouring!

Wendy this just gorgeous but I have to say it is a very sad day when you can do a smoky eye makeup better on an image than I can do on myself! Love everything about the card!

Hi Wendy.
Omword! I love this. You colored her to perfection. I so agree with you that she needed to be a blond and I could not picture it any other way than with her yellow swimsuit. lol...Your papers are just adorable. I love the girls in the back. I think we both do have very similair tastes. lol.. You are so welcome for my comment. I truly think you are very talented and it is very easy to let you. Have a wonderful evening. Hugs, Lisa

Tooo adorable! I love the colors and the way you colored her hair. Love the flicking perhaps that you done...it's like you can see each strand of hair! The background paper is perfect, it reminds me of all the beach shows with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello. LOVE IT!
