Wicked Sweet

Opps, running late this morning and I almost forgot that today is a new challenge at Your Next Stamp.  This week we have a fabulous sketch challenge created by Kerri.

For my image I've used Wicked Sweet, which is part of the September YNS Release.  I just adore her skull balloon which I double stamped and popped up with foam tape for dimension. My papers were all found in my scraps and paired with the Martha Stewart Iron Gate boarder punch...my favorite for Halloween.  She has silver Stickles on all of her jewelry and I added a blingy button to the center of a  black fabric flower.  I think all makes a good combination of sweet and spooky....well, actually it's probably a little more sweet.  :)

I hope you'll join us for this challenge...Karen is giving away a Holiday Lights Stamp and Die Set to one lucky participant!!  CLICK HERE to enter and for all the detail.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

  9. It's her earrings & those beads of her necklace that really echo the button so well. The spider web effect of your background is very effective the way it picks up on the patterning of her skirt.
